Returns: The item works and is in its original condition

Which items can be returned?

• The delivery date was no more than 30 days ago
• The product is not faulty
• The product is in its original packaging and in new condition with no signs of significant wear and tear.

Returns are at the customer's expense, unless the wrong item was delivered.

Warranty: Item not working

We provide a manufacturer's warranty of at least two years on all items purchased from us. In the event of a fault covered by the warranty, a defective device will either be repaired, replaced or the original purchase price refunded. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If the warranty is claimed, the warranty period is not extended but simply continues to run.
